Lost items may not be lost forever – we’ll help you to get your valuables back.

If you’ve forgotten something in the bus, don’t hesitate to contact us at info@vib-wien.at.

We’ll gladly forward your inquiry to the appropriate bus line operator!

All lost items and property found on the VIB premises or in the waiting area are kept in a safe place at the VIB for approximately 2 weeks. After that, lost items are transferred to the central lost and found service for Vienna’s municipal district 48 (MA 48):
